Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled
Instructional Designer to join our team for a 4-6 month project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and creation of materials. Additional duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:- Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Anticipate client needs, formulate innovative solutions
- Coordinate across multiple contractors and client stakeholders with a tight timeline
- Perform project tasks independently and maintain a high attention to detail
- Perform initial review on your own deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Raise risks, issues, or required action items in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
- Meet regularly or as needed with project teams to ensure appropriate involvement in project planning and completion of activities
- Balance time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Instructional Design
- Prior experience in Healthcare industry a plus
- Exposure to Curam software preferred if possible
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload at a high speed to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability and desire to understand the bigger picture; demonstrated proactive approach
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Ability to write and edit documents for clarity, content, formatting, and style, including communications to broad and executive audiences; excellent grammar skills
- Strong experience in Instructional System Design
