NMS is Hiring Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician position carries out those activities required to maintain and correct damage and make repairs to physical buildings, structures, and facilities as well maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and cleaning equipment of assigned facilities. Additionally, this person will do a variety of work involving equipment use such as scissor lifts and necessitate regularly working from ladders, and may also be responsible for some minor electrical repair work.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Minimum three (3) years of directly related Facilities and/or Building Maintenance experience.

- Division of Fire and Life Safety Class II Fire Extinguisher Permit.

- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.
