ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage office calendar, organize office meetings, manage spreadsheets/databases of contacts, clients, experts, etc., handle faxing, scanning, photocopying, mailing, and other office administration activities
New hire on-boarding / In-house HR functions
Manage payroll services and HRA reimbursements
Manage Accounts Payable / Receivable functions
Manage ongoing contracts and vendor relations
Customer service liaison/Sales Rep management
Oversee product fulfillment to ensure timely shipment of product to distributors and customers
Generate financial reports as directed by Executive Management
Purchase office equipment and supplies as needed
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient knowledge and experience in accounting/office management software as needed
Superior organization and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
