We are an extremely solid and successful Pest Management Company here in Tucson seeking to hire a dynamic individual for Termite and Pest Management to join our team.

The full time open position is administrative and is in our office on the East side of Town.

You must be comfortable with applications, Microsoft Office, and able to learn industry software quickly. Although this is not a sales position, some sales will occur on the phone so some familiarity in sales is also a prerequisite to be considered for the position.

Duties fall into the following areas:

Answering calls from customers needing assistance with pest control needs.

Being a point of contact between customers and the business making outbound calls as needed.

Filing paperwork

Preparing notes for the next day’s service visits.

Assist in other areas as needed.

Job Summary:

Customer Service/Sales Assistant

Resolve customer issues and answer questions to gain customer agreement and trust.

Utilize good judgement and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues

Take ownership of every customer experience. Be professional at all times.

Respond to incoming customer inquiries, both in writing and verbally.

Set up service visits to satisfy customer needs

Qualifications:

Stable work history

Software experience

Phone Sales experience

Fast learner

Customer service experience

Able to work in a busy environment

Great telephone presence – likes to talk with people

Attention to detail

Be able to multi-task.

Ability to learn industry software quickly

Ability to work in a team environment

Comfortable in inbound phone sales to inform customer of our applications and set them up with service
