VDI Support Technician One-Year Project Juno Beach, FL Remote until the company begins to return to the office. Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in an enterprise environment and supporting call center technologies
- Strong technical experience and working knowledge and understanding of the entire OSI model
- Technical skills dealing with MS Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory
- MUST have strong experience using and understanding VDI, prefer VM Horizons
- Must have CISCO IPC solution experience
- ServiceNow experience
- Workstation and laptop hardware components experience with Dell, Client, & Lenovo preferred
- Capable of utilizing diagnostic tools to troubleshoot computer / network issues
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and configuration
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive teams on technical issues resolutions
- Experience with technical analytical reporting with Excel and Power BI
- 4-year college diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience desired
