The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in helping expand our base of healthcare clients across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your sales skills along with your “can-do” attitude to achieve your targeted goals and be compensated for it.The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with leadership team to create a sales plan that includes prospecting for new accounts and securing calls/meetings with health system IT and security leaders to discuss security consulting services. The Inside Sales Representative must be exceptionally self-motivated and able to function in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through emails, cold calling, marketing campaign follow-up calls, CRM activity follow-up, and incoming leads follow-up
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research, website, contacts, and other pertinent lead information
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Update and manage target lists
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing to help coordinate and drive attendance for marketing events
Basic Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have 2-5 years of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Healthcare and/or information security experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation and listening) and ability to uncover pain points / identify opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent and competitive spirit with a desire to succeed
  • Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities while working towards an established goal
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals both individually and as part of a team
  • High ethical and moral standards
  • Consistent positive attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing self-development
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Track all sales activities and transactions and report to management.
This is a salary + commission position with excellent benefits.
