The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in helping expand our base of healthcare clients across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your sales skills along with your “can-do” attitude to achieve your targeted goals and be compensated for it.The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with leadership team to create a sales plan that includes prospecting for new accounts and securing calls/meetings with health system IT and security leaders to discuss security consulting services. The Inside Sales Representative must be exceptionally self-motivated and able to function in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Lead generation through emails, cold calling, marketing campaign follow-up calls, CRM activity follow-up, and incoming leads follow-up
- Prospect call preparation including company background research, website, contacts, and other pertinent lead information
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Update and manage target lists
- Communicate effectively with Marketing to help coordinate and drive attendance for marketing events
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have 2-5 years of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed goals
- Healthcare and/or information security experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (presentation and listening) and ability to uncover pain points / identify opportunities
- Entrepreneurial, persistent and competitive spirit with a desire to succeed
- Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities while working towards an established goal
- Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals both individually and as part of a team
