Role Description: The

Project/Program Manager Global Supply Chain Systems must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this position, you will be responsible for Implementing strategies for the Global Supply Chain Systems Team. In this role you will be responsible for leading Strategic Projects, creating, designing and conceptualizing Strategic initiatives and programs that focus on process re-design and advancement of the various system capabilities within the Global Supply Chain, third party logistics vendors (3PL) and the companys legacy systems. As the Strategic technical lead, you will be the liaison between the business and internal/external systems contacts and will be required to create and foster collaboration between the business (All channels) and systems contacts. The successful candidate will need to create and innovate ideas that will meet corporate objectives, financial targets and timeliness across the supply chain SAP support model in the areas of planning, forward and reverse inventory and 3PL vendor management, wireless and/or wireline customer fulfillment and distribution centers. This position has responsibility for project managing several strategic projects and programs simultaneously across the various process and systems work streams.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving strategies to align process and systems strategies with impacted (internal/external) teams with a strong focus on requirements gathering, testing, implementation and production validation of highly visible / high impact strategic and foundational programs. - Responsible for ensuring all training, knowledge transfer and organizational change management (OCM) activities are supported. - Lead, champion, develop, influence and foster key relationships that are critical to the success of the Global Supply Chains strategic and transformational initiatives. - Accountable for providing strategic direction to impacted internal/external teams to resolve process and systems production support issues and escalations. - BAU tasks is essential. Influencing change that impacts organizations outside of Global Supply Chain is a key part of this role. - Ensure all customer and system impacts are resolved by impacted teams by conducting the necessary clean ups, process re-design, enhancements and through communications via the appropriate channel contacts. - This position has no direct reporting resources but will be responsible for leading members on project teams; therefore, influencing and encouraging others to support projects over and above theirs. - Maintains on-going interaction with client groups and other functional areas relating to objectives, deliverables, resource allocation and related matters within the Global Supply Chain Systems and processes. - Leads business and functional requirements analysis, system design and interpretation, testing preparation and execution and implementation oversight.

Qualifications: - Required to have excellent working knowledge of the various Supply Chain SAP and legacy systems. - Must have the ability to rationalize root cause analysis data, create resolution strategies (process/systems) and provide guidance between peers, internal/external stakeholders and IT teams to minimize/resolve impacts to customer service levels. - Testing and defect management experience is required on high impact systems integration programs. - Must have excellent interpersonal skills, experience influencing peers, vendors, subject matter experts and executives within his/her own organization, as well as outside the organization. - Preferred experience collaborating with Supply Chain planning and operations, Finance, Retail, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sourcing and Network teams. - Expert understanding and experience in Supply Chain disciplines and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management. - Strong communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to influence people and work with all levels of an organization. - Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and leaders. - Demonstrates advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - College degree or commensurate work experience is required. - Experience in working with implementing projects across multiple stakeholder groups. - Demonstrates strong background in systems such as SAP (IS Retail, IM, MM, MMFI, CCOM, LE Logistics Execution) Peoplesoft, Jira, CATs, ALM, Logility and JDA. - Detailed knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software applications specifically including VISIO and MS Project. G-Suite experience is required.

Functional Accountability: - Responsible for the leadership of a work group and/or development of broad programs or projects in support of organizational or area strategies; communicates and translates functional/operational goals into team goals; manages implementation of policies and procedures; typically reports to a Senior Manager or Associate Director.

Decision Making Authority: - Receives broad guidance and is accountable for project or program results. - Exercises considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. - Work is accomplished without considerable direction. - Delegates work to lower-banded team members.

Work Complexity: - Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. - Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Knowledge and Skills: - Hands on experience on SAP SD/IM/LE module: (2+ years) specialization on supporting SD/ IM/ LE processes. - Should have hands on experience on supporting in production environment including, order creating thru interfacing systems, IDoc monitoring and error analysis, outputs, query building, table look up, serialization, goods movements, Delivery monitoring and Reconciliation etc. - Should have experience reading, editing functional spec documents, testing processes end to end. - Should have hand on experience on working with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup. - Should have exposure developing of new reports with various options of uploading /down loading like workstation down load, logical destination, FTP, EDI etc. - Should have experience on monitoring tools, JIRA and other defects managements tools.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
