  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of internal systems and processes, including an expert knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Assist end users with Salesforce.com user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, based on Salesforce and industry best-practices.
  • Handle intake, review and coordination of new incoming requests.
  • Handles independently with minimal guidance on the ongoing administration of applications and interfaces from Salesforce.com to existing applications and data sources.
  • Perform basic and advanced administrative functions for Salesforce.com application by executing large data imports or exports.
  • Coordinate and administer training to Salesforce.com users.
  • Facilitate the procurement and analysis of data derived from Salesforce.com by assisting users in Sales, Marketing, Service and Support with report and dashboard design and management.
  • May lead projects and/or ongoing activities involving development and product teams
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products, industry trends and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives.
  • Working independently with minimal guidance, design, develop, troubleshoot, debug software programs, and support and maintain internal WK applications
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of programming languages, operating systems and software to perform complex technical assignments
  • Analyze requirements, test and integrate application components and ensure that system improvements are done accurately with highest quality

Preferred Skills:•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience•3-4 years of business analyst, operations, sales, product development and/or other related experienceA minimum of two years of Salesforce.com administration or analyst experience; experience with Lightning, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ preferredSalesforce.com certification(s)•In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge related to Technology•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail •Ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight•Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment •Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships•The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.   • Act as the primary point of contact for end users
  • Manage the ongoing support requests and administrative needs of end users
  • Ensure all logistical necessities are met (e.g., web connection, materials available); conducting training sessions (primarily via webinar)
  • Ensure thorough understanding by participants, respond to questions and document feedback
  • Review user feedback to ensure learning objectives have been met
  • Update training process and materials based on feedback and system updates
  • Develop reports and dashboards to help senior management monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in the development of analytics surrounding forecasts, pipelines and opportunity value
  • Maintain records and reporting on sales activity
  • Collaborate with marketing to support and enhance marketing activities and campaigns (via Eloqua)
  • Work with product marketing to integrate online campaign initiatives into the Salesforce.com database
  • Monitor user adoption rates to address system needs (e.g., training sessions, communication, and system modifications)
  • Communicate in a professional, compelling, and articulate manner of speech, writing and formal presentation
  • Demonstrate corporate values and culture
  • Develop professional and positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain a reputation of competence, integrity and professionalism
