Sr. Level CRCM Manager/Compliance SpecialistThis person will build the roadmap and implement this entire program from scratch as the Bank positions itself to be a 5-$10/billion assets sized financial institution. Need to be extremely "hands on", not just come in and tell them what needs to be done. he job duties should be aiming at compliance risk management:Consultation as a subject matter specialistDevelop and Enact all regulatory and compliance strategies Implement all Risk Statements and ControlsMeet with all LOB'sCreate documentation processes and practicesMonitoring compliance and facilitating interventions to manage riskKeep abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environmentBank's compliance program examinationPerform compliance audits and compiling reportsOversight, implementation, and program designingAuditing, enforcement or administration of compliance-related policies, processes, methods.
