Java Solution Architect / Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Java Solution Architect/Tech Lead in Pleasanton, CA. This role will start remote.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide architecture and design solutions for consumer facing applications Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing of business solutions Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs Work with developers, business analysts and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options Work as a developer and be ready to do a hands-on technical work Keep up to date on cutting edge technologies like cloud, IoT, mobile, social and big data Act as Tech Lead's to identify and mitigate Architectural risks and issues across programs and projects Leverages existing and participates in the creation and augmentation of new and existing reusable service components and patterns Defines the structure of systems, their interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementationREQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and technical background Lead experience working with the team and leading the team in the right direction Worked with Chatbox in the past Worked on Integration Projects Microservice Design experience Knowledge of Kubernetes Docker Restful API Developing and Webservices Must have and Kafka Restful API Developing and Webservices Must have Spring Booth, Spring Must have Public cloud experience, understand how to deploy to a public cloud; ABS is using Azure, but open to a candidate who has experience with any public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or any in-house cloud) Any NoSQL experience is highly preferred, ABS is using Azure Cosmo, but will be okay with a candidate who has Mango BD experienceKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
