  • Hands-on SAP Functional expertise in Finance & Controlling, AP/AR, Banking, G/L , New Credit Management, Controlling Product Costing.
  • Strong integration knowledge with SD/MM and other non-SAP systems.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end processes.o Requirement gathering/Blueprinting. o Build or Realize. o Testing, Cutover and Deploy. o Data considerations.
  • Ability to successfully manage the tracking and lifecycle of requirements from elicitation to delivery to ensure business goals are achieved.
  • Engage the internal business customers and project team by holding customer workshops, scoping solutions, building, testing, documenting, and implementing, while managing scope and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with non-SAP IT groups and outside Vendors that need to interface to SAP Financials.
  • Responsibility for other non-SAP systems used by the Finance business users.
  • Coordinate project activities and deliverables in a cross-team environment.
  • Ability to identify issues and risks early on based on experience.
  • Have the capability to drill into issue detail to assist team members when necessary.
  • Determine scope of projects, estimate costs of solution alternatives (effort, opportunity and monies), produce detailed project plans, manage/control project plans, maintain/communicate status, perform internal invoicing procedures, and manage associated project incentive/measurement objectives.
  • Responsible for managing project budgets and the change management process for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for overall quality of project output, including diagnosing and correcting root cause process or procedural problems contributing to any quality issues.
  • Perform status reporting and assist in communication planning for assigned projects.
  • Escalate project issues affecting scope, budget and timelines.
  • Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to production systems and to application support teams."
