- Define vision for partner and customer integration ecosystem for Digital Access Program
- Assist Tech team with Technical Foundation recommendation – be able to partner with tech teams to perform technical feature prioritization
- Ability to build Product Roadmaps, highlighting key enablers needed to support strategic themes & outcomes
- Ability to document features, epics, stories into a cohesive product roadmap and backlog
- Experience with cost / benefit analysis, business case development for IT investments a plus
- Having worked in "API as Product" space- exposure to Mulesoft / Apigee a plus
- Knowledge of following API technology spaces
- API standards and best practices
- Security framework, including authorization and authentication mechanisms
- Logging, reporting and analytics capabilities
- Experience using JIRA/confluence for requirements and issue tracking
