RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is looking bring an experienced E-Commerce Product Manager to join their growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ.Summary:Our client is undergoing a major transformation, paving the way towards an industry-leading customer-centric strategy and is focused on rapidly evolving our business for a digital-first future. They are seeking strategic thinkers, thought leaders, & highly motivated risk takers who are not afraid to innovate around our customer's needs, drive business objectives and maximize technology capabilities towards re-defining the path of a Fortune 15 company in the digital age.Summary:You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, reduce cost, and improve the digital experience for customers. You will be responsible for driving digital sales growth by converting prospects into customers and gaining new sales from existing customers. You must also ensure highly effective and mutually rewarding customer and stakeholder relationships, and effectively communicate project and/or issue status to key stakeholders and executives.Responsibilities: Manage the Digital e-Commerce funnel with a focus on new customer acquisition for small & medium business Deliver improved margins through lower costs of acquisition, higher revenue at the point of sale and accretion over the customer tenure though upgrades and retention while reducing the cost to serve Build new features and optimize digital capabilities that drive recurring revenue through the positioning of the feature/application portfolio Oversee multiple, digital work streams, liaising with other teams for planning, knowledge management and standards development that can support scalability and efficiency Partner with internal & external stakeholders (CMO, Sourcing, Ops Support, IT, Device Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Vendors and Agencies) to maximize channel performanceREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services and the overall digital ecosystem Experience in creating and executing effective programs to grow sales, traffic and/or engagement Strong data analytics and quantitative skills in financial and assessment of monetization models Experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, tenacity to deliver results in a complex environment and the ability to lead across many projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the creation/delivery of succinct presentations to communicate vision and concepts/opportunities to all levels of the organization Experience in product management and agile development including advanced skills in Jira and user story creation and grooming Working knowledge of design thinking and process engineering Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those impactsEven better if you have: An MBA or Graduate degree in Digital Marketing and Media Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification Digital experience, digital marketing, and digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
