• Design, develop, implement scripts to test and/or validate user flows for wireless, broadband/fiber and entertainment flows • Implement and support new features/capabilities from Catchpoint or other Synthetic Testing tool • Design, develop, implement, and operate an enabler solution that would integrate with other tools in portfolio for specific business use cases • Integrate synthetic testing output to task management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, etc. when anomalies/defects/issues are detected • Collaborate with vendor resources to resolve issues, understand product roadmap and new feature introductions.
Developer Requirements• Agile/Scrum practitioner • Passion for identifying, and implementing solutions to complex problems that has measurable impact to customers or employees through automation or tools development • Passion to learn new technologies as they emerged or needed to solve problems • Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge across internal and external partners • Strong experience implementing and supporting open source solutions and technologies • Strong CI/CD or process automation development skills using Jenkins, Ansible Tower or similar toolset in a heterogenous environment • Selenium scripting with JavaScript experience • Experience in AIOps tool development like auto-remediation at scale a plus • Understanding of Observability concepts, technologies, and tools. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Use appropriate programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and documentation, performs testing and debugging of applications for the enterprise. 2) Provide technical and analytical input /guidance to project team and assist developers regarding project architecture and application programming practices. 3) Manages individual projects and works as an individual contributor; is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline. 4) Assists with definition of project scope and objectives, as well as provides technical architecture input and coordinates programming practices of a project team, and identifies resource needs. 5) Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports. 6) Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. 7) Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. 8) Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.Vacancy expired!
