Title: SAP Analyst (Finance)

Location: McDonough, GA

Duration: 3-6 Months

Job Description: The Analyst Manufacturing Systems supports the operations with troubleshooting & resolving systems issues such that the operations run without interruption 24 x 7 x 365. The Analyst Manufacturing Systems is the first point of contact for any process & SAP systems issues. The Analyst Manufacturing Systems also uses their knowledge of business processes and SAP to propose improvements in the use of SAP, then possibly leads projects to successfully deliver on those ideas. The Analyst uses business process knowledge to coach new users on how to integrate processes into SAP.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the liaison to business and IT by providing overall daily SAP AFS system support to the operations team.
  • Acts as an expert in SAP processes & represents the Business System department for the SAP ECC & DWM systems.
  • Proactively supports business processes with issue identification and resolution and process optimization.
  • Troubleshoots share point tickets provide solutions, verifies results, and communicates to operations to ensure minimal to zero impact to meet business requirements.
  • Assist in diagnosis and coordinate problem solving between various functions and escalate if required after performing due diligence.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and creates ideas to improve processes. Works with operational process owners to implement best practice processes, as well as continuously improves the processes in these functional areas.
  • Assists in testing as required

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years experience in SAP & Logistics
  • Thorough understanding of the warehouse and distribution environment
  • High customer orientation and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and solving the root cause
  • Microsoft Office, with extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
