SUMMARY
Responsible for checking guests in and out, customer relations, safety, and communications throughout the hotel.

Administrative accuracy and attention to detail
Neat, professional appearance at all times
Pleasant telephone personality and attitude with guests
Fine Manipulation, Push, pull, and bend as needed.
Understands basic mathematics.
Must be courteous, professional and able to communicate appropriately with guests and employees.
Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of client information and hotel data.
Standing and walking through 99% of shift required
Multi-language skills desirable
Works under pressure from guest inquiries and demands
Maintains neatness, cleanliness and organization of work area
Reliability essential
Ability to compute mathematical calculations and working knowledge of basic computer and POS systems.
Computer skills
High school graduate with some college training preferred
