SUMMARY

Responsible for checking guests in and out, customer relations, safety, and communications throughout the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Administrative accuracy and attention to detail

 Neat, professional appearance at all times

 Pleasant telephone personality and attitude with guests

 Fine Manipulation, Push, pull, and bend as needed.

 Understands basic mathematics.

 Must be courteous, professional and able to communicate appropriately with guests and employees.

 Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of client information and hotel data.

 Standing and walking through 99% of shift required

 Multi-language skills desirable

 Works under pressure from guest inquiries and demands

 Maintains neatness, cleanliness and organization of work area

 Reliability essential

 Ability to compute mathematical calculations and working knowledge of basic computer and POS systems.

 Computer skills

 High school graduate with some college training preferred
