Our leading healthcare IT client is seeking an energetic and experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Salesforce experience to oversee and drive planning, execution, and successful project delivery.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Sr. Salesforce Project Manager:
  • Establish goals, measure progress, and manage cross-functional team dependencies and timelines
  • Create project plans, identify constraints and risks, and provide mitigation
  • Control scope and evaluate business priorities to balance resources and projects
  • Leverage Smartsheet, Confluence, OneDrive, and Teams to maintain project documentation
  • Lead cross-functional teams, hold regular project reviews, drive progress toward milestones and deliverables

Requirements of the Sr. Salesforce Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years of PM experience on complex transformation technical projects
  • Experience directly managing multiple implementations in an enterprise environment
  • Expert knowledge in all lead to cash operations
  • Experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and eCommerce Projects
  • Ability to converse in technical language and possess knowledge of systems integration, and application development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; ability to work with diverse global teams
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Conflict management skills including the ability to work with and resolve conflicting needs and requirements
  • Ability to analyze data, properly articulate and take proactive action on risks and dependencies
  • Ability to learn new concepts/hardware/technologies quickly
