- Assisting in planning and coordination of project rollouts, budgeting and financial management, hardware and software procurement, as well as contract administration and other technology-related administrative tasks.
- Provide support for daily business operations and ad hoc tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating presentations, trainings, team events and small projects, internal communications, meeting planning, and financial management.
- Administer, track, and report on department and project expenses and budgets.
- Aid in annual budget formulation process as well as monthly accounting reviews.
- Assist with procurement and renewal of technology hardware, software, and services.
- Create and distribute internal communications for IT implementations and change management.
- Monitor and maintain up to date schedule of contract expirations, maintenance agreements, as well as key warranty periods.
- Assist in incident response and disaster recovery planning, support, and execution.
- Support VP, Business Technology Solutions with ongoing management and administration of Technology Project Enablement Governance and portfolio management including collecting materials, tracking updates, and preparing executive presentations.
- Assist VP, Business Technology Solutions with resource allocation to adequately plan and support technology project portfolio.
- Bachelor’s Degree: equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of Project Coordination and/or Project Management experience
- Ideal candidate is proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong planning, administrative, and organizational skills; attention to detail a must.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with corporate, property, vendor, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, proven ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with planning and coordinating large meetings, trainings, and technical workshops.
- Computing: Microsoft office suite plus standard project management, PMO, agile, and financial software tools.
- Potential travel up to 5-10%, primarily to support planned technology solutions rollouts at operating property locations.
- After-hours and weekend support as needed.
- Practical work experience in the theme park and/or lodging/hospitality industry preferred.
