Location: Douglasville, GA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager II Primary ObjectivesThis role is responsible for supporting the Spares Program Managers on a variety of projects including supplier selection, quotation, contracting and supply chain management. This role will partner with our global purchasing operations, our data center operations, and legal to provide the facilitization and communication across teams, and drive the program to completion. This person will work with program managers across teams to gather project status updates, build communication slides for project status and other related communications. They will monitor the project status through core team meetings, with follow up on action items and providing feedback to team members on priorities based on task dependencies. This role will work across multiple time zones: PST, CST, EST, Asia and Europe. Required skills and expertise:Able to write succinctly and accurately to provide team minutes, and statements of workAble to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working in a virtual environment with many team membersExperience in supply chain and sourcing processes: request for quote, contract management, purchase order placement, and tracking to delivery.Maintaining and monitoring project milestone views, project intake log, project artifacts and project communication siteOrganizing content with content editors for monthly project status and business value updates. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Ensuring project artifacts are completed and approved between project phases. Develop procedure and template material for project mgmt. methodology.Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.Create a PM calendar for tracking key activities across project groups. Skill/Experience/EducationMandatoryBA/BS or equivalent with 3 years relevant experienceExperience in supply chain and sourcing processes: request for quote, contract management, purchase order placement, and tracking to delivery.Strong communication skillsExceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.Competency in SmartSheets (Project mgmt. tool) or similar project management softwareAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Advanced competency in G-Suite applications, primarily Slides & Sheets.Knowledge in project management methodologies and SDLC lifecycle.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to achieve goals.Client-focused, collaborative and a team playerProven track record managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ?Working hours ideally PST or Eastern Time, must be flexible to accommodate other regions.High proficiency with G-Calendar, GMail High proficiency with G-Docs, G-Sites, and G-GroupsDesiredBachelor degree in business or related field of study, Strong financial analysis skills is a plus.
