We are looking for someone very talented to join our small town private equity real estate firm. We build, remodel, develop, own and manage a portfolio of properties in Monroe, Ga. We are looking for someone that excels at customer service, is a team player, community minded that also happens to have valuable hands-on property management skills.

Required and Preferred Skills

Excellent communication in person and over the phone

Must have a professional appearance

Skills in the following areas are highly preferred: Carpentry, Painting, HVAC, Plumbing

Excellent driving record

Handy with all hand tools and other equipment

Experienced with property management software preferred

Comfortable with basic computer operations

Ability to lead a team

Ability to lead a job from start to finish is highly preferred
