- Work collaboratively with other development team members to ensure design and solution is aligned with stated business objectives.
- Exercise a combination of project management and hands-on execution to ensure that important projects are accomplished on deadline and with the highest quality technical standards.
- Seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies in supporting internal technology best practices.
Candidate Requirements:We seek an individual who is self-disciplined, demonstrates creative thinking and has the following characteristics: - 5+ years of experience writing client-side applications in modern JavaScript, ES6, Typescript
- Strong project experience in one or more SPA frameworks such as React / Redux, Angular, Vue (we use React)
- Fluent in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework and SQL Server
- Experience building responsive layouts in HTML and CSS.
- Experience using CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS, and JS build tools like Webpack
- Expertise building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Financial Services domain knowledge is a must, Alternative Investments or Private Equity is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working with quantitative analysts is a plus.
