Details:
  • Conference room Management
  • Employee Access Cards
  • Receiving and forwarding Calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • OFS special occasion planning
  • Organizing and conducting Family day & Holiday party

Travel Related: Ensure timely Ticketing and Hospitality within budget and policy guidelines

Details:
  • Domestic Air ticket booking for internal employees
  • Hotel Booking for International travelers
  • Lift and Uber Corporate account set up for the transportation set up for the business travelers.

Employee Related: Plan and execute events/occasions

Details:
  • Sending out Anniversary emails, Occasion based greetings
  • Arranging gifts/bouquets/flowers to employees for specific occasions

HR Related:
  • Support HR in maintaining files and documents in a very highly confidential manner

IT Related: Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure (Mainly Laptops) in coordination with IT-OPS
