Flatbed Driver

Tarping is required for every load.

Pay and Benefits

Southland is eager to attract safe drivers that want to find their forever home. We offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), life insurance, short and long term disability coverage, and more. Drivers will earn a minimum of $1000 per week, Monday-Friday and home nightly. Additionally, extra pay is provided for tarping, along with safely operating your truck.

What You’ll Need to Succeed at Southland

At a minimum, you’ll need:

To be 21 years of age or older

2 Years of Flatbed Experience with tarping

A Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License

A Valid DOT Medical Card

Safe driving record and history

To pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals
