Operations Manager

Overview:

The Driver Provider, a privately-held, purveyor of chauffeured passenger transportation services, with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming is seeking an Operations Manager for our Jackson Hole, Wyoming location.

Our target consumers are corporate travel managers, event planners, and conference services professionals, and buyers of bulk or contract transportation services such as schools and government institutions. We welcome high energy and passionate people who want to grow with us.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the development, implementation and daily activity of all operations in the Jackson Hole location. Work closely with the sales and operations team to exceed client and passenger expectations.

Responsibilities:

Operate the Jackson Hole brand of the Driver Provider as a semi-autonomous extension of headquarters in Arizona.

Aggressively expand the breadth and scope of the Jackson Hole operation within brand standards.

Operational control of physical facilities, vehicle inventory and maintenance, as well as supply management. Chauffeur on-boarding, management, and separation. Client relationships.

Daily responsibilities include recordkeeping and file management. Communication and follow-up with employees to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Accuracy and speed are prized. Other operational and human resources responsibilities within the scope of compliance administration as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Organizational skills within a fluid occupational environment (ability to mold chaos to order).

Proficient in Windows based applications to include Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint.

Ability to work autonomously to promote corporate policy using industry specific applications and company specific programs.

Passenger transportation experience preferred. Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement value added.
