Job Description:Candidates selected for this role will be involved in a project to stand up and evaluate a new POS platform for 2 client brands.The candidates will supplement the internal team and help configure and support the new POS platform (PAR) and also interact and integrate with third party vendors; as well as help with

Aloha (the existing system) maintenance and administration.

They must have experience with:
  • Aloha Administration skills - versions 6.7 & 12.3 or higher
  • Configuration
  • Menu items
  • Price Charge Records
  • Panels
  • User role permission access
  • Support, maintenance and administration of integration platforms

Skills required:
  • previous POS experience with Aloha
  • Previous

    Aloha Admin experience. The functional level they

    must have performed at is Administrator-level. Aloha Admin v. 6.7 and 12.3 or higher; must have ability to do configurations and above tasks.
  • Ability to work off a checklist –
  • They’ll have test scripts; must work off of scripts and checklists
  • Detail-oriented
  • Sense of urgency
  • Must Hit deadlines
  • Nice to haves:
    • Any experience with client’s

      3rd Party integration partners: for example on-line ordering partners include
    • OLO, Money Media, EZ Cater, Punchh
    • For gift cards:

      GiveX
    • QSR Automation is a plus (kitchen automation and integration software)

    What the ramp up with look like:
    • Initially the Admins will work with Tyler and Christine for an initial ramp up period to gain an understanding of the existing Aloha platform and its integration with other (vendor) platforms in the environment.
    • Next the entire team will go through

      formal PAR training
    • That is part of the POC process;
    • Also, must be willing to work on-site in future. Must be physically present for testing out software and hardware. (Cannot do this virtually.)
    • Ultimately, they will have a hybrid model – as needs dictate. May be 3 days in office, 2 remote, depending on performance of candidates.
