- Coordinate and manage designated software support, analysis, design, and development for multiple platforms for the Business Solutions Department.
- Supervise the development of staff through the assignment of tasks, including monitoring workloads and evaluating staff.
- Coordinate gathering project requirements, assigning development tasks, monitoring progress, and assisting in the implementation of assigned activities.
- Develop, build, and maintain working relationship and general knowledge of other areas of the department and division.
- Develop, build, and maintain working relationship and general knowledge of user business and operations.
- Develop, build, and maintain technical expertise in the information systems field.
- Coordinate the continuous improvement efforts for all departmental processes.
- 5 years of PeopleSoft experience
- 5 years of programming, analysis, and management required.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership position in the information system field preferred.
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.56 or higher
- Experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query
