Maintenance Technician wanted

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

This position is located at one of our Hartford commercial properties, and may also be considered for travel locally between our other properties as needed.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance and complete tenant / resident work orders.

Handling basic repairs, painting and maintenance.

Maintenance Tech Requirements:

Proven maintenance experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical knowledge.

Strong organizational and follow up skills and a good eye for detail.

Professional presentation and attitude.

Ability to maintain focus while working individually.

Applicants must have reliable transportation.

Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay based on experience.
