yard work, outside chore help

need one person to take care of big yard (mostly natural area), blow deck/gutter above/driveway/garage, take care routine outdoor work (picking up sticks, keeping privet and bamboo from encroaching, breaking down boxes, washing down deck and furniture, etc.). i am not looking for a lawn service, rather one person to take care of all this stuff in the long-term and to be available for additional help as needed.

two-five hours/week, come several times, flexible. long-term position. must be able to assume responsibility for all with minimal supervision.

personal and work references required, pay is excellent. prefer you provide equipment but negotiable.
