Law Firm Accounts Receivable Specialist

One of Atlanta's top law firms has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a direct hire, permanent position.We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional who has at least two years of experience in a law firm or other professional services organization. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and can manage deadlines. Successful employee will have strong technical skills including MS Word and Excel, and some experience with Aderant is a plus.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Receiving and posting incoming checks, wires, ACH and other forms of paymentPrepare daily bank depositsCreating and distributing daily receivables reports and process monthly Accounts Receivable reportsApplying Trust monies, creating refunds to clients when requiredAssist with appeals and collectionsHelping with other projects as neededThis well-established law firm offers an outstanding work environment and a generous benefits package.
