Corporate Legal Assistant

Top Atlanta law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant for their Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group. This assistant will join a highly regarded team who represent corporate clients across the country.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Opening new client mattersCommunicating with clientsDrafting and editing legal correspondence and documents, including motions, pleadings, complaints and subpoenasManaging attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls and assisting with travel arrangements when necessaryCreating monthly expense reportsEntering attorney timeMaintaining paper and electronic filesE-filing documents with courtsAssisting with phones and communicating with clientsTo be considered, candidates will have at least two years of experience as a legal assistant supporting corporate / transactional attorney(s).
