Essential Functions: Prepare all guest requests according to the specified menus, accommodating all guest requests with a positive attitude.Work with Front of House staff to ensure guest satisfaction.Assist Culinary leadership as needed.Follows all ServSafe food handling and sanitation procedures.Knowledgeable of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).Knowledgeable of handling food allergies and dieting preferences.Ensures all foods prepared are the highest quality and appearance in accordance with approved recipes.Provides a positive work environment between departments.
