Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy guidelines.
2) Ability to analyze insurance needs and suggest any necessary changes or additions
3) Perform administrative tasks as directed, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals, changes, audits, and applications
4) Excellent customer focus- satisfaction & retention skills
5) Perform other assigned tasks as required with minimal supervision
Job Prerequisites:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong customer focus
2) Proficient with various computer applications to include Microsoft Office programs
3) Stable employment history, satisfactory credit history, and criminal background check
4) Support Agent(s) as required, contributing to a Team environment
5) A valid State of Georgia Insurance License in Property & Casualty - is preferred
