Our 2020 OTR Drivers averaged $90,682.85 with 26% of drivers making over $100,000! HOME WEEKLY

Salary Payroll System:

110,000 miles / year $65,000 Base plus $.50/mile all miles over 110,000 miles

120,000 miles / year $75,000 Base plus $.52/mile all miles over 120,000 miles

130,000 miles / year $85,000 Base plus $.54/mile all miles over 130,000 miles

Qualifications: Must sign up for salary program

Commit to monthly / quarterly mileage goals

Maintain 2% PC miler goal

Drivers home weekly / no forced dispatch

5 cents per mile bonus for all East Coast / Regional loads

Drop pay $25 per stop

Quarterly Fuel & Safety bonuses

December Holiday bonus $50 per year of employment

Holiday Party

Paid vacations based on your average weekly wage

1 week after one year (If you are ahead of your mileage goals, you can take a paid week off anytime)

2 weeks after three years

3 weeks after five years
