- Prior troubleshooting experience is highly preferred
- Ability to learn quickly, to organize time effectively, to use own initiative and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist customers with questions and problems; research and provide a resolution
- Troubleshoot issues
- Solve problems that may be unstructured and require use of conceptual thinking
- Meet all daily and weekly goals as directed by your supervisor.
