Hi, we’re Smalls! We make quality food for cats. We believe that the food your furry friends eat should be prepared with 100% human grade ingredients, leaving the fillers, mystery ingredients and 25-year shelf lives of traditional pet "food" behind. Having just completed our A round of funding, we’re preparing for a summer of seriously exciting growth and opportunities. We’re currently seeking experienced customer service agents to join our growing team! As a Cat Concierge, you’d be responsible for representing Smalls to prospective and existing customers. This requires a deep understanding of our brand as well as a desire to build relationships and educate our customers about everything Smalls has to offer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the primary touchpoint for all of our prospective and existing customers as the voice of the brand. You’ll be answering questions about our products, helping pet owners adjust to new food, gathering customer feedback and helping turn our hodge-podge of cat lovers into a cohesive community.

The day-to-day:

-Deliver stellar and thoughtful customer experience

-Manage customer questions about the product and their orders

-Proactively identify potential customer needs and introduce them to new or different products to maximize their Smalls experience

-Work with our tech team to identify user experience issues and communicate solutions with the customer effectively

-Think creatively about optimizing the customer experience

What would really make you the cat’s meow:

-You have previous experience in customer service

-You’ve worked with any of the following platforms: Zendesk, Kustomer, Shopify, or Recharge

-You have a sense of humor and a stash of cat memes
