Job Description

The Associate Media Manager is responsible for optimizing, reporting and implementing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics. This person manages the day-to-day campaign execution.

  • Build the foundation to learn all elements of media planning, management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
  • Assists Media Manager/Supervisor with presentation prep and analysis.
  • Assign creative to appropriate ad groups.
  • Manage IO process.
  • Implement 3rd party tracking parameters on URLs.
  • Provide initial optimization insights: Analyzes campaign reports/dataand makes recommendations.
  • Leverage reps for better time management and efficiency.
  • Manageoptimization log.
  • Develop campaign reports.
  • Maintain daily budget sheets; identifies/addresses red flags.
  • Compile and deliver performance reports.
  • Pull spend information and inform team on campaign pacing.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 year paid search experience
  • Good understanding of tracking, optimization and reporting tools
  • Understand how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency.
  • Support the team where needed with other projects and planning.
