About the role

We are seeking 2 Digital Designers - one will focus on paid social marketing design and the other will focus on all designs for Spanx.com. The position will support a growing organization and require a high degree of attention to detail, organization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

This role can be remote or based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports to our Senior Manager, Art Direction.

Paid Ads

  • Help evolve and elevate the SPANX brand by executing all paid social marketing for Spanx
  • Work closely with Copywriting and Digital Marketing teams to ideate and execute paid ads
  • Constantly experiment and push the boundaries of our design principles to try out new types of ads in the market
  • Partner with our Digital Marketing team on AB tests while staying up-to-date with changes in the algorithm and our spending strategy
  • Partner with a motion graphics designer to create best-in-class marketing experiences
  • Partner with Art Directors, Copywriting, Brand, and Production on video content that fulfills brand and product stories while following best principles for paid social
  • Collaborate with the design team on ideating and executing seasonal, product, and sale campaigns

  • Help evolve and elevate the SPANX brand by executing all designs for Spanx.com including designs for the Homepage, Landing Pages, PLPs, and PDPs
  • Support our site migration to Shopify and have the ability to establish new processes and designs with our new backend
  • Collaborate with our UX team on a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on mobile-first design
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and bring new ideas, inspiration, and creativity to all areas of your work
  • Partner with Art Directors, Copywriting and Brand on web content that fulfills brand and product stories while following web design best practices
  • Collaborate with the design team on ideating and executing seasonal, product, and sale campaigns

Qualifications

We require…

  • 4-6 years experience in design, with at least 2 years digitally-focused
  • Portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of design principles
  • Deep understanding of typography and layouts
  • High interest in data
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends, including acquisition, awareness and conversion
  • Retail/Apparel experience or coming from an agency w/ DTC experience
  • Ability to produce a high level of quantity at high quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to handle various job assignments
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience presenting and explaining work to cross-disciplinary stakeholders
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Motion graphics skills are not required but a plus
  • Shopify and Figma experience are not required but a plus
