We are seeking a property manager for our Lander LIHTC property in Alpine, WY. Clean background required. Duties include: new applicant processing, leasing, rent collection, delinquent collection, daily deposits, budget adherence, data entry, filing, tenant relations, enforcement of community policies, evictions, renewals / re-certifications, and supervision of day to day maintenance activities. Must have Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and organized.Candidates with LIHTC/HOME and OneSite experience preferred, but exceptional individuals without that background may be considered if you are committed to learn the affordability component.
