Responsibilities Responsible for scoping, planning, deploying, managing, measuring and optimizing seamless digital marketing experiences. Performs daily operation of high-value consideration and conversion funnels across paid search, paid social, display, native, organic, behavioral and cadenced automation, email, SMS, app notifications and ever-evolving owned and third-party channels. The DPMP connects the dots between strategic planning, agency and creative resourcing, and product experience and integration initiatives to benefit consumer audiences. Role is part of core consumer product owner team. Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience

Required Minimum Experience: 5 years building and running sophisticated digital marketing programs, omnichannel campaigns and multitouch attribution for hard-to-reach audiences.

Required Skills: • Email marketing-based loyalty management via HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.• CRM and/or CDP tracking user and segment behavior across channels• HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office• SEO research and execution• Google Tag Manager/Analytics/Search Console, or similar• Modern consumer ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, etc.) and core content management system (enterprise CMS like Sitecore or Adobe XM preferred)• KPI development and growth drive with an ability to define, measure, segment and analyze ever-changing acquisition, engagement and resurrection strategies across touchpoints• Presentation, communication and data visualization skills with ability to confidently and simply articulate campaign intricacies under intense and sustained pressure• Leading A/B, multivariate, multipage, voice, heatmap, etc. testing and analysis• CANSPAM, HIPAA and other privacy laws as they influence patient/consumer communication, satisfaction and trust • "Accessibility before UX before UI" mentality, with ability and interest in exceeding ADA, Section 508 and WCAG/W3C "AA/AAA" standardsWe'd like to invite you on a career journey like no other !
