The team is seeking a collaborative and energetic Senior Application Manager with consumer demand experience to drive technology innovation in our customer applications portfolio. Your work will support efforts to build the overall brand, promote our communities and grow related new business opportunities. You are open-minded, a quick learner and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Able to lead the ongoing maintenance and development of the Salesforce.com enterprise platform.
  • Primary responsibility will be leading the ongoing development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, you will assist and consult on other application management initiatives, with a particular focus on CRM and Marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot, Invoca).
  • Partners with the sales and marketing team to drive technology innovation and adoption while leveraging our world-class suite of software applications to meet business goals.
  • Works closely with sales and marketing to develop and configure features to match the business needs, oversees the team that provides superior support for our 650 Sales Cloud users, and partners with Marketing leadership to implement Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on job for someone who can improve processes and operations, increase user adoption and utilization, and achieve measurable results.
  • Oversee all administration functions including configurations, feature management, upgrades/releases, break-fix support, user assistance and training, user account maintenance, reports, dashboards and workflows.
  • Define an architectural strategy that increases efficiency and productivity while maintaining a stable and secure environment
  • Translate business requirements into detailed feature specifications for application improvements.
  • Effectively communicate requirements to both technical stakeholders and business stakeholders with ease.
  • Regular internal system audits and compliance management including SOX controls.
  • Manage development, delivery, and deployment of changes and environments, including the Salesforce Sandbox.
  • Coordinate, develop, automate, manage data feeds, other integrations into, out of Salesforce, HubSpot, Invoca and other third party systems in partnership with application development team.
  • Understand business needs and synthesize these needs into solutions that best leverage Salesforce
  • Collaborate with business leaders to informat the Salesforce platform roadmap.
  • Be a resource for Salesforce and CRM expertise and best practices and function as CRM system lead for enterprise-scale efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Salesforce customer success team, development consultants, and other partners and vendors.
  • Lead routine meetings, prepare and distribute organized communication, and always represent company in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
  • com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) Certified
  • Sales Cloud Certifications preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, preferably with the ability to build custom reports, dashboards, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Able to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce, upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Experience with SOX system and business controls a plus
