Accounting Specialist

Our Corporate Accounting department is hiring a qualified Accounting Specialist who will be in charge of managing supplier and vendor accounts in our Oracle database for jobsites across the nation.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Supplier Maintenance

Review and approve all requests for Supplier setup and changes.

Maintain and enter supplier profiles in Oracle.

Communicate with jobsites and corporate offices on supplier information questions and exceptions.

Assist with 1099 process.

Customer Maintenance

Review and approve requests for Customer setup and changes.

Maintain and enter customer profiles in Oracle.

Miscellaneous

Backup for system accountant responsibilities including but not limited to budget uploads, month end close processes and expense uploads.

Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience

Oracle experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills

Accuracy, organization and attention to detail are essential in this fast paced environment

Total Compensation (annual salary plus annual bonus potential) is $47,000 to $51,000, depending on experience. Benefits include: 401K match up to 6%, employee stock program, annual salary review, 18 days PTO accrual to start, 7 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more!
