Family owned corporation is seeking an entry level Human Resources/Hiring Manager. This is a new position within a growing company. This is an entry level position with room to grow. The perfect candidate would be a self starter with plenty of creative ideas but missing the experience most are requiring. The position would be excellent for a recent college graduate who wants to grow within a company while building their own department.
Job duties would include:
Hiring and interviewing
Corporate policy training
Payroll
Benefit administration
The right person will be able to see a problem or situation, and visualize and implement a solution and provide the required follow up. Someone who can think outside the box and move on their feet would fit in perfectly.
Requirements are:
College degree or experience in HR
Experience in hiring and interviewing
Understanding of benefits and payroll
