Employee needed for wine & spirits shop

We are hiring for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to fill a full-time/part-time position in our busy downtown Golden shop. The right candidate will play a key role in not only the wine program, but also the spirits and craft beer programs. We are not just a liquor store, rather a staple in the community offering our customers a knowledgeable and friendly shopping experience.

The right candidate will have experience hand-selling products, feel natural and comfortable talking with customers about various topics ranging from food pairings to weekend plans. This candidate must have the willingness to work during busy evenings, stormy weekends, and some holidays.

Our shop is very personable and customer service oriented. We are a local’s favorite in addition to a tourist destination serving a wide variety of awesome customers. Our selection is well curated with something for everyone.

What’s required?

-Previous wine|beer|spirits knowledge from another curated liquor store, craft bar, or fine restaurant

-Must be at least 21 years old

-Ability to work individually from time to time

-Great communication skills verbally and non-verbally

-Passion for this industry
