POSITION SUMMARY
The LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE (“LSA”) Supports the Store Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, operating procedures, and all merchandising guidelines. Will be a key holder and may be responsible for opening and closing the store.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending High School
Must be at least 18 years of age
Provide excellent customer service to customers
1 year of retail, sales or customer experience
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
