Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper needed for photo booth manufactures in Henderson, NV. Immediate hire! We would like to hire a high energy, honest, self-driven with excellent work ethic to be in charge of the bookkeeping as well as helping with the inside sales function.

You will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, reports, and payments, as well as helping with our inside sales team.

Essential Duties:

Experience with QuickBooks Online is desired

Shopify experience is a plus

General accounting knowledge

Must have excellent work ethics, positive and can-do attitude.

Must look for longer term employment, dedicated and dependable.

Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Must pass criminal back ground checks and drug tests, NO DUIs and NO Felonies. Friendly and courteous with the ability to work as part of a team.

Team orientated with great communication skills

Self- motivated and proactive

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientated

Must be able to work 5 days (regular business hours) a week as needed.
