Order Entry/Auditing:
We are seeking a detail-oriented order entry associate with proficient data entry skills. This position will be responsible for creating new orders into our Transportation Management Program's as well as auditing completed orders before they are sent to accounting department for invoicing. This job will also include assigning fuel cards and other equipment to company employees.
Job Duties:
Data entry of work orders
Auditing for Accounting department
Communicating information across different channels inside and outside of the company.
Other duties assigned by manager.
Answering Phones.
Required Skills and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Typing Proficient
Strong work ethic
Good attendance history
Must be detail oriented
Must be adaptable
Must be able to multitask
Phone skills
Accurate written and verbal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
