McDonald's is looking for Security Guards in the Newark NJ and Elizabeth NJ location.

McDonald's has an immediate position available for Security Guard with excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance and an outgoing personality.

Our ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Previous security experience preferred but not required. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to manage the dining room and insure the safety of our guests. This includes greeting guests, patrolling store premises, and control access to restrooms.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

-Exceptional customer service skills with great attention to detail

- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel and in fast paced environment

- Problem-solving ability

- Punctuality and work ethics

-Must have a neat, clean appearance.

-Must be able to walk/stand during the shift.

- Must have good investigative, written, and oral skills.

-Must possess the ability to follow instructions, work independently, produce written reports, physically fit to walk patrols and proactively perform individual responsibilities.

- Must work varied schedules and overtime as needed, including overnight and holidays Maintains order on the site.
