As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes while supporting continuous improvement efforts as it relates to equipment reliability, standards, and procedures. Here's what your day will include:

  • Assist maintenance in troubleshooting
  • New equipment installation and start-up
  • Implement automation to improve quality
  • Machine modifications to improve performance
  • Participate in activities with cross-functional teams
  • Lead projects and activities to support business objectives
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent education with 0-3 years experience programming in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Computer/PLC/HMI programming experience with relevant drive and control systems required
  • Strong analytical skills and exposure to project management
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or comparable electrical design software
  • Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams)
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate utilizing written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational skills
