Part-Time Retail / Customer Service

Gadue's Dry Cleaning:

Starting May 1st, 2021 Our retail stores are open from 8am - 6pm Tuesday through Friday; Saturday 9am-1pm. (Saturday Required).

This position will be at our 30 Susie Wilson Rd, Essex Jct VT Location. After training you may be asked to cover another retail location if needed. Locations below.

We will train. Good attitude a must. Position starts immediately. Personal Transportation is a must.

Responsibilities:

Cash Handling / Register / Computer

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Answering Phones

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Adhere to COVID guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor & appearance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
