The Vice President,

Business Process Solutions

of Matrix Financial Solutions and Fi360 Solutions, in partnership with the Sr. Vice President and General Manager, drives our mission of empowering fiduciaries,

advisors,

recordkeepers, Broker Dealers, and Trust Banks to grow their businesses in this newly created leadership role.

We are seeking a multi-faceted leader who can apply a wide range of their experiences to this position including business process transformation, relationship management, operations, sales, and product development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Champion culture with emphasis on high-quality client satisfaction and associate engagement
  • Assess feedback from sales, product managers, clients, consultancies, and market specialists to develop solutions that build demand and are relevant
  • Drive new product adoption from clients
  • Maintain and improve senior relationships with clients and prospects with a long-term aim of client retention and business growth
  • Strong and compelling communication including being inspirational, open and utilizing new communication media
  • Model Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in all aspects of business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years leadership experience in a highly regulated business
  • 5 – 8 years senior-level management experience
  • 2 - 5 years executive level experience with C-level responsibilities
  • Regulatory, Trust, or financial services experience

Skills/Competencies:

  • Must have Regulatory, Retirement, and Fintech experience
  • Effective communication skills, both internally and externally; Strong presentation skills and the ability to adapt to all audiences
  • Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with industry leaders, key clients, business and operations partners
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
  • Proven track record planning and implementing large scale business initiatives including M&A, client on-boarding, and business transformation
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and financial targets including profit margin expansion
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Values-driven and encourages diverse opinions and balances with decision making timing
  • Proven track record of building highly effective teams and developing talent
  • Ability to fulfill business travel requirements (up to 50%)
